Skill Development
Implement a well-rounded classroom. Have all actions within the classroom communicated effectivly. We will establish engaging debate days in class, allowing everyone to confidently explore their events and speaking skills. Activities such as SpAr, SpAr Wars, and impromptu speaking will be part of our mission.

We are determined to elevate our debate experience! Additionally, we will enhance our involvement and communication by connecting with every individual on a daily basis ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and included in our dynamic classroom environment. Encouraging our teamates to explore new events will help them become more engaged and find the event that fits them the best.

We're here to help you at every step! Our goal is to make sure you understand the key ideas of your event. Once you're comfortable with the basics, we can't wait to explore more ideas and actions that will make your event even better! We also seek to provide example structures of arguments that are actually used inside speech and debate events to help remove overcomplicated explanations.

Connecting
Our plan includes scheduling events and inviting classmates so we can all get to know each other better. Friendsgiving helped boost our club attendance, gave us time to hang out together, and we want to keep that going! More out-of-class activities we will undoubtedly strengthen our bond helping to create a cohesive and welcoming environment that will boost overall morale and performance.
